Return Policy

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Only regular-priced items can be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


In some cases, a return refund will not be granted:

Accessories with obvious signs of use

Any item that is not in its original condition

Damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours

Any item returned more than 30 days ago


Return process:

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase directly, please contact customer service to inform the reason for the return.

After approval, proceed with the return as required by the staff.


Refund time:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and will be credited to your credit card or original payment method within 5 days.


Delayed or Missed Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before the refund is posted.

If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service.


If the product is defective or other reasons are caused by us, we will bear the shipping costs. If the return is caused by the customer, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive at your location may vary.
